Big Al and I are really ready to leave Dallas and move to a lovely retirement community in Tacoma, Washington. But we need someone to buy our house!

There is a lovely formal living room.

with gas barbecue grill, conveniently located near the kitchen/breakfast nook.

In the great room there is a built-in display cabinet

Off the great room is a wet bar with cabinets and wainscoting.

Down the hall is the first office (or bedroom)
