Hooray! the scale is finally back to my low of 20 lbs lost. The trip to #unco11 and four days on the train did a number on me. I gained back several pounds – most of which were water – but it’s taken me until now to get back to where I was a month ago.
Bill and Co. brought me 10 lbs of (cooked) crawfish and I spent about 4 hours yesterday afternoon and evening peeling them.
It’s a fair amount of trouble, but I now have about 3 cups of ready-to-eat crawfish to make into etouffee or just to put on a salad with remoulade sauce. YUM!
We’re off to Blue Mesa for their brunch in a few minutes.
Tomorrow I diet!
