#NYTWellChallenge – Beginning

Intentions for the 30-Day Wellness Challenge

  • Move
    • Get 10,000 Fitbit steps per day
    • Work with a Personal Trainer twice a week
  • Refresh
    • Return to regular (daily) Meditation
    • Develop a personal prayer list of people I want to pray for
  • Connect
    • Call or email at least one relative a day
    • Check in with someone on my prayer list every day
  • Nourish
    • Continue to prepare and eat real food
    • Reduce the number of coffees I buy in a week (currently 3-4)
