Life is too short to experience everything, but the human heart is big enough to resonate with everything that any other human heart has experienced.

2. Good sermon this morning in keeping with our theme for Lent – letting go of being busy. Jesus walked everywhere, and that gave him the opportunity to really see the people around him, and to notice the community. Slow down, develop community and pray.
3. For lunch today we went to Boathouse 19. Big Al had macaroni and cheese with pulled pork barbecue. I had a chicken breast with mushroom gravy, grilled asparagus, and mashed potatoes. I splurged on a Girl Scout Cookie Mint Chocolate Milkshake. (Soon to entering a food coma.)
4. We went to the grocery store on the way home and got vegetables for this week, milk, eggs, and a bunch of snack food for Big Al. I’ll be traveling starting Saturday, and I like to leave edibles in the house for Al when I go.
5. The PAC-12 Basketball tournaments are over and Oregon won both the Women’s and the Men’s season and tournament. They should both be seeded fairly high in the brackets for March Madness.
How about you? What made you happy today?
