1. Pretty day today. Low 50s this morning, mid-70s this afternoon. Blue, blue PNW skies.

2. Big Al had a Zoom meeting this morning, so I decided to go over to the Wellness Center early, before lunch. It feels good not to have that little chore hanging over my head.

3. We each fixed our own sandwiches for lunch. I had ham, with onion, and tomato on Killer Dave’s bread.

4. The first PAC-12 game of the season was on at lunchtime. UCLA v Hawaii. Final 44-10. It was sad. Oregon needs to take notice because I think we have to play UCLA later in the year.

5. I enjoyed watching a little mind-rot after the game. The new Ted Lasso, followed by more Friday Night Lights. A spectacularly restful Saturday.
