1. Mid 50s overnight, clear skies when I woke up, with beautiful, wispy pink clouds. The sun was out all morning and it had clouded up and gotten into the mid-70s by the time we got home from lunch.
2. We had communion in church today – at least I had communion at home while they had communion at church. The sermon was about noticing the people God brings to you. You don’t have to try to inclusive – God will take care of that. Just love the ones who God brings.
3. My granddaughter who has been in Alabama since she graduated from high school is back under her parents’ roof in Central Washington (for a while at least). Now Grandma WorryWart can calm down.
4. Pomodoro’s for lunch today. I had the special – fettuccini in white wine sauce with shrimp, clams, scallops, fresh tomatoes, green onion, feta cheese, garlic, and thyme. Al had his favorite – lasagna.
5. I took all the recyclables out to the curb for pickup tomorrow. I’m not POSITIVE the city is coming, but the cans are out by the apartment buildings, so I guess FTJ thinks they are coming.
