1. It was in the mid 40s when I got up this morning, warmer than when I went to bed. The drizzle has started and the temperature is 55 deg. It’s all downhill from here, folks.
2. Happy Birthday to my First Born Son, the man who made me a mother, and the baby who made my husband and me a family.
3. I know it’s mean to gloat over the problems of Kevin McCarthy and the House Republicans. Now it’s gone on so long it’s not funny any longer. NINE failed votes. What a clown show.
4. The FTJ Lunch Bunch went to Boathouse 19. Big Al had a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup I got a chicken breast burger with seafood chowder. Easy, and fun to look at the Sound while we ate.
5. I’ll sit down and watch the HCR’s History Chat, and possibly nap the rest of the afternoon.
