1. It was 33 deg and foggy when I got up. The fog was washed away by the rain that appeared while we were eating breakfast. There was a break in the rain around 1:00 pm, and I took that opportunity to scurry down and get the mail (nothing but ads.) The high this afternoon managed to get up to 42 deg before the rain started again.
2. When I woke up I found a note in my email saying that several things I ordered from Amazon YESTERDAY after we got back from the Commissary (because they weren’t available there), had already been delivered – BEFORE 8:00 am. WOW!
3. Because of the rain, I took the car over to the Wellness Center to work out a little. I skipped that two days in a row, so I really needed to get over there.
4. We both had leftover soups that had been in the freezer for a while because the new groceries we got yesterday were starting to crowd them out. I had more of my Bill’s Gumbo, and Al had his chicken noodle soup with added veggies.
5. Planning on spending the rest of this cold, rainy afternoon with the Valhalla Murders. I’ve gotta find out who didi it.
