Your fate is not yet sealed. Even in the darkest night, a star will shine, a bell will chime, a path will be revealed.

1. It was 37 deg with cloudy skies when I got up this morning.
2. Under the heading of “What rock have I been living under?”, two different blogger friends have done posts this week about Imbolc. I had never heard nor read the term before, but apparently it’s a Celtic and/or Gaelic festival on the quarter year half-way between the winter solstice and the spring solstice – February 1. It’s the “already and not yet” time for nature to turn to spring. Think baby animals, and daffodils in the snow.

3. Good workout with my personal trainer. Not too exhausted, but pleasantly tired.
4. Big Al and I both had appointments with our podiatrist, so we’re got trimmed toenails and the calluses on the bottom of my feet are taken care of. Feels so good.
5. We didn’t get a chance to eat before we went to the doctor, so we stopped on the way home at Oddfellas. Al had a pepperoni flatbread pizza, and I had cod with chips.
How about you? What made you happy today?
