Today I’m thankful that whoever designed this house included a “hot-shot” under the sink. The hot-shot gives me boiling hot water at the touch of a lever and means I can have a cup of tea without waiting for the kettle to boil. It’s a blessing on cold, rainy mornings (or any morning, actually).
